G-325A Form help

A lil confussed about G-325A! I see there are 4 pages to fill in. Does the USC fill all 4 in about themselves? Or does the Alien fiancee fill them all in? or does the USC fill 2 in and the alien the other 2? Sorry if its an obvious question but Im just not sure. Thanks

When you complete the first page on Adobe the next 3 are automatically completed with the same answers. You each have to sign 4 pages.

They're not exactly the same in the sense that each page goes somewhere differently so you need to sign all 4.

If you have a supplement for one page then you should include it for each page.

Ok - Im just aboutt done on the form - one last question if its ok regarding the list of previous employment. From Jan 2004 - April 2004 I was volunteering as a teacher in Ecuador. Do i need to put that or just put unemployed? Thanks

I would say put it but note that it was a volunteer position.

Don't forget to note when (if) you were unemployed. Same for your fiance.

Thanks I lied when I said I had one last question!! On the form in the 'year' boxes i put for example 2006 and when i print it it shows with a + sign on top of the last number. I guess its because the whole 4 digits wont fit in the box. How can I get it so all 4 digits fit? or is it ok to send it with the +s? I hope this makes sence

my lawyer told me we only needed one g325 each, and to just staple the appropriate passport sized photo on the bottom of the form, and our approval went through just fine. she said everything is entered electronically now, so there's no four pieces of paper going to different places or anything, it's all in one computerised database.

Use a shorter date format so it all fits, if you print it with the + sign on it's no good for USCIS since they can't see all of the info you're submitting.

what i did was to go back over the form and put in the dates by hand as that + thing is a new bug on the newest forms.

i think you can get rid of it by putting in 0000 and then going back and putting in the right date, but im not sure as i didnt do that as i saved the forms using acrobat pro so did that manually.

the new forms are awful, they also wont let you put in enough room for your place of termination of marriage!!

Yeah I printed it without the years and went back and hand-wrote in the years, too.

One other suggestion is make sure you have NO gaps in your employment. Put in unemployed even if there was only 1 month of unemployment. For example, it should look like this:

Job 1: 9/2006 - Present

Unemployed: 8/2006 - 9/2006

Job 2: 7/2005 - 8/2006

Job 3: 4/2002 - 7/2005

Etc.

Make sure there's no gaps.

You can always have a supplemental page if there is not enough room. I had to do that because addresses in Brasil can be very long.
