Hi, visa journey friends,

I have notices all spouses who is engaged /married with Pure American(whose spouses are not Indian)

facing same problem their visas got denied cos of the same act INA212a5a which indicates that their marriage is solely to enter in America. i have got through the same experience and my friend(pure american) married with Indian guy also got denied under same act and the petition of her husband sent back to NVC why this all is happening ? any one has the answer what should we do to get positive results?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

I thought America is full of Immigrants...and the real "Pure American" is "Native American Indian"....Just Pun Intended..biggrin.png

tht sounds prejudice to me ,, I am a full American citizen also my mom and dad were born and breed in the usa I am a while blonde married to a great man from India WE ARE CURRENTLY STILL LIVING IN INDIA Awaitng for his visa interview,,, and yes America is full of immigrants ,, thts what our country is ,,, its in the history books ,,,,I have been with him in india since oct, 2012 we married on new years eve 2012 ,, although the weather ,, the culture is much diff than wht im used to we wanted to begin our life here and not live seperatly so we are still waiting lol,, good luck to all
