Hello,

Ive looked at the instructions and can't seem to figure it out...In Part 1 of the I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status...

...I'm a bit confused at the boxes that say...

C/O (in care of)

Current USCIS Status................is this K1 or R K1?....my passport says R K1...or...do i put non immigrant?

Expires on (mm/dd/yyyy).............is this the little stamp they do every time you enter USA that says admitted.... and I put the hand written date they put in?

A # (if any)

If your last entry to the US was with a K-1, then you write "K-1 visa holder" on the Current USCIS status. Don't bother about the bold R before K-1 on your visa. :)

Yes, it's the date on your entry stamp. It should be 90 days after your entry with the K-1.

Your A# number is on your NOA2 (approval notice of your I-129F).
