Hi everyone,

My fiance and I worked so hard to provide additional proof of having met and I sent in the RFE package yesterday. Sadly, I just read today that electronic media, like Cd roms, will not be looked at! We sent in a CD to show the times/dates of our photos. Is it too late for me to take pictures of this info on the computer to send in? I feel so silly for not having thought of this before.

Thank you.

Yes it is too late. Pictures don't prove that you met in the last 2 years so that doesn't matter (you can change the date). What else did you send to satisfy that you met in the last two years?

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

Hi,

We also sent a cover sheet, an updated personal statement from me explaining what was included and restating intent to marry, a statement from my fiance detailing his visit dates and places of stay and explaining that he drove and therefore we do not have plane tickets or passport stamps, gas receipts and bank statements, bank statement of his stay, his hotel receipts, restaurant and attraction receipts, our movie tickets (hard copies), 2 affidavits of witness, emails between him and his family referring to our dates while he was visiting.
