1. The P3 package that Guangzhou sends to her, does she open it? Is there part of the package she is not supposed to open? I've been reading about a package which only the

doctor is supposed to open and we are not sure what package this is part of.
2. Do we schedule the interview? I am seeing that they scheduled it for us according to the CEAC status website and the guy from DOS I talked with also said they would schedule
it. See below message from Visa Status Check.
U.S. Department of State
IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION
In Transit
Immigrant Visa Case Number: xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Your case is in transit to the Consular Section. Your interview date was provided to you by the National Visa Center.
3. If they scheduled our interview date, how can I find out what that date is? Do they send me a letter?
4. If I have to schedule the interview, on the http://cgifederal.force.com/ website it asks what our Priority Date is; where do I find this?
5. Can I pay for the visa through the website myself or does she have to pay? She seems to think that she must pay at the bank and the cost is over 2,000 RMB which didn't sound
right. I would prefer to take care of this myself.
6. For medical exam, does it need to be scheduled within two weeks of the interview or two weeks or more from it and what is the maximum amount of time it can be from the
Interview?
7. Another medical exam question; I read there are two clinics in Guangzhou, Shamian and United Family clinic, do both have female doctors? If they do a genital exam (do they do
this?) I don't want her to have to get the exam done by a male doctor which would probably cause her to cry.
Sorry for so many questions, we just feel a bit dazed right now. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. :)

1. she is supposed to open the P3 packet. it sounds like you are confusing the p3 packet with the visa packet. The visa packet is sent out after the interview.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
