Hi VJ's

My fiance just finishing applying for her passport and around in 16 days it comes in. So what is next for me to do to speed up the is process? I have about less than a month here in the Philippines to try to help her as much as I can. That's why im asking you folks who know how to get things done right the first time. Am I right we just have to pay the visa $240 application and then schedule a st lukes physical and then finally embassy interview. Does that sound correct?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
