NOA2 approved, wait for interview for supporting documents?

I know that my fiancé will need the original NOA2 when he interviews along with the additional paperwork for packet 3 and I-134.

My question is can send those now to him with date today or do I need to wait till he has his interview date?

For example the intent to marry letters, can I send it with NOA2 date for him to have for interview now or is it too soon?

No he won't, an interview would not be taking place had the petition not been approved; the NOA2 is nothing more than the approval notice. All you are accomplishing by including it in the evidence pile is including a piece of fluff.

March 26, 2009: We become a couple!
September 10, 2009: Arrived for first meeting in-person!
June 17, 2010: Arrived for second in-person meeting and start of travel together to other areas of China!

September 1, 2010: Switched course from K1 to CR-1
December 8, 2010: Wedding date set; it will be on February 18, 2011!
February 9, 2011: Depart for China
February 11, 2011: Registered for marriage in Wuhan, officially married!!!

April 22, 2011: Mailed I-130 to Chicago
April 28, 2011: Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to CSC (priority date April 25th)

November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

He will need an original signature I134 and the original intent from both of you, and any documents they request, I would suggest he has in his possession everything you have sent to the government, i.e. an exact copy and visa versa. When he has an interview if they have a question or he needs a reference it is at his fingertips.

Do I wait for the interview to be scheduled before sending him the needed paperwork? I'm afraid if i send the i-134 now with the employment letter it may be too soon.
