Yes if you are a UK citizen U can just fly to British Virgin Islands.

be forewarned don't get caught up in the deals of getting on rickety

fishing boats smuggling u to the US side its, closely manned by US patrols

U will get arrested for trying to sneak into their territory...if your're not

first thrown overboard by the smugglers
