i864 Joint sponsor question.

If there are two sponsors, one is spouse (petioner) other is immigrant's sibling. In PART 1: Should they both check 1e : I AM THE FIRST OR SECOND OF THE JOINT SPONSORS. Or should they check 1a: I AM THE PETIONER. I AM FILING FOR THE IMMIGRATION FOR MY RELATIVE. ?

Second question is that, in the sibling's i864 (sibling doesn't live with the immigrant). Should they check "YES" or "NO (APPLICABLE ONLY IN CASES WITH 2 JOINT SPONSORS)" for question 1 in PART 3, the question is : I am sponsoring the principal immigrant in PART 2. So I am the principal immigrant. And my brother checked YES, but in PART 5 : PERSONS YOU ARE SPONSORING

1: ENTER THE NUMBER YOU ENTER ON LINE 7 OF PART 3 (i.e principal immigrant which is 1 ): 1

2: YOU :1

3: If you're married enter one: 1

Household size (enter all the numbers) : 3

Which is wrong, since I don't live with my brother, his household size should be 2, so i'm confused if we should NO for question 1 in part 3.
