Hi, everybody

I want to share my experience with you.

My interview was on wednesday 12/6 ( dv lottery winner 2013 ).

The interviews went smooth, no strange question were asked.

there was two issues.

The first one, form A 325 (biography form ) was requested to be sent to the USCIS.

The second issue, my file was not requested from Kentucky center. The officer told

that usually the officer supervisor who ask for your file and he did not.

she told me this might take one to two weeks.

bUT THE OFFICER REASSURED ME THAT I WILL NOT EXCEED 60 DAYS TO RECEIVE YOUR GREEN CARD IN THE MAIL.

Is there anyone met such situation before.

today I contacted Kentucky center, they told USCIS still does not request my file.

I call the 800 number of USCIS no information was shown to her.

ANY SUGGESTION WILL BE APPRECIATING.

tHANKS

MY REGARDS.

Hi,

I've been waiting almost 9 months following DV (2013) for documentation to be forwarded to me in the mail.

I have sent numerous emails to Sydney US visa, plus made many phonecalls to Kentucky USCIS and Sydney

US visa consulate. All this, and to no information, re my application status. Best to you all.

Similar here, interview almost the same day, case files missing from Kentucky. We tracked the files - they arrived one week after our interview. Since then nothing. Our attorney filed a research request. Nothing.

We have twelve days left for those sixty days and are wondering what to do after that.

Good luck to you.

It sounds you did AOS , if that's true you need to follow up with your local office, the deadline for the DV visa issuance is September 30.

Contacting USCIS 800 is useless

Another way you can contact your congressman, sometime they really push USCIS to do the work quicker
