I am stuck on the question regarding past applications for a 129f. I had one, 12 years ago for my ex wife. Problem is I don't remember the details such as where we filed or when, and I have no idea what her "A number" is or was (I assume I'd put in her SS number?!). Do I even need to answer this question? I read somewhere that this is intended to catch applications from the previous 10 years, and mine is definitely outside that range. Otherwise I'm not sure what to do.

Answer all questions to the best of your knowledge, don't lie, don't omit any facts. If you don't remember details put UNKN, if it doesn't apply put N/A. There is little doubt USCIS has you in there computer already from the past petition.
