I live abroad with my fiance and I am moving back to the US when my fiance gets her K-1 visa. Her interview is in one month. My job contract overseas has just finished and I have signed an employment contract for a new job in the US beginning in 4 months. So basically I have 4 months of unemployment at the same time I must submit the I-134. Since I have not began working at my new job I cannot give evidence of pay stubs, I can only give the signed employment contract. Also, since I no longer am employed at my old job I guess it does not make sense to supply pay stubs for this job either, does it?

What then can I put under annual income on the I-134. Can I include income earned from the job I no longer have? Can I include income from my job that will start in 4 months? Or since I am technically unemployed would I have to put income as 0?

The family size is 3 which means the 125% of the poverty level is about $25000.

I have assets valued at $150,000 and no debt. Is this enough if my annual income is 0?

Also I have stocks in a private company, can these be included on the I-134?

You are currently unemployed, so your current annual income is 0. Liquid assets can be used to meet the requirement at 3 times the amount you are lacking in income. You can add a statement of explanation for your situation and provide a copy of your job offer/contract. This may, or may not be enough to convince the CO there will be no public charge. I would have a co-sponsor lined up just in case.
