I am approved and my green card is in the mail! We filed on July 13, 2012 and got approved on May 29, 2013.

Just wanted to let everyone know there is still hope and I would like to encourage everyone to get in touch with their congressman if you have a case that is way over normal processing times like mine was.

We contacted our Congressman on May 21, 2013 and received a decision after 8 days! I had contacted USCIS Customer support twice and, even though it is more than 30 days later, never heard back about my service request!

Good luck everyone! Keep thinking positive thoughts!
