I started filling out my documents, and i have few questions on the form i-130. I know they are very basic and stupid questions, but i am filling the documents by myself, and i am kinda confused, so i would appreciate your help guys!

FYI: My husband is the citizen and i am from alien, i came in usa on J1 visa that is expired now, we both changed our last names with the marriage.

-1- My husband is the petitioner and i am the beneficiary, right? So he is actually filling out this form i-130?

-2- About the question 13. Has your relative ever been in the U.S.? - is this "relative"actually me and if yes, does this mean they want my i-94?

-3- About the question 14 - he is born in US so we shouldn't fill this out, but to leave it blank or to write N/A?

-4- About question 14b. - It is obvious that if he is born in US he didn't gain permanent resident status through marriage to a US citizen, but should we leave it blank or to mark "No"anyway?

-5- About "question 17 - should we list my name and information as his spouse, or his name and information as my spouse?

-6- About question 19. - Should we write my last address in Bulgaria ( i lived there before coming in USA, which till June 2012) or should i leave it blank, because i don't live there anymore? (FYI: my address in Bulgaria is actually my mom's address, but she is selling that apartment now)

-7-About question 20 - so if we leave question 19 blank, we write only my name in cyrillic and we leave the address space blank?

-8- About question 22 - we need to check the tables written in the instructions for i-130, which for Massachusetts is Chicago, IL, right?

-9- Can we type everything on the computer, print it out, and just fill out by hand the signature and the dates?

Thank you so much in advance!!!! And again, i am sorry, i know for most of you my questions are really basic and stupid, but i just don't want to make any mistakes. Thanks!

when you are filing out the I-130, use 'the voice' of the petitioner, the uscitizen.

since you are a j-1 - and still in the usa - you had a 'last known address' in the usa. I'll guess that's the address where yer living NOW. Yes?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

By "the voice"of the petitioner, the us citizen, you mean to fill out the form on his behalf, did i get it right?

Hes, i have an us address, but i was curious should the petitioner type my foreign address if i already have an us address and the last time i used my foreign address was an year ago

All of your questions are answered in the instructions to the I-130.

If the poster is asking their questions here maybe they are already confused enough from the form AND the instructions themselves..and btw not all of their questions' answers can be found reading the instructions..not trying to be mean-just saying...the whole process is stressful enough..

ANYWAY:

1.yes your husband is filling out the I130,he is the petitioner, you are the beneficiary(or the relative)

2.yes you are 'the relative' and therefor you put down your I94

3.14-put N/A ;

4.14b mark 'NO'

5.put down his name and info as he is the spouce of the relative(you)

6.you no longer live there,so put "NONE"

7.type you name up in your alphabet and the address space 'NONE'

8.yes double check for that, but most likely it is CHicago IL

9.you can type it up on your computer then print, sign and date it in BLACK INK...or if your handwriting is neat you can print the forms and fill them out in BLACK INK yourself.make sure to sign and date each and everyone of them!!

Hope it helps!Good luck!
