Hello everybody,

I'm wondering if anyone has any info on my situation. My fiancé is trying to get her k1 visa. To bring her here to the US. We have known each other for 3 years and we have met several times in her country the Philippines. The problem is that as of March 1st 2013 I went on disability. I've been at the company for 18 years and plan on going back next year. I continue to make full pay and have all my benefits, which I have for the next 3 years if needed. My question is will I have a problem meeting my financial requirements to sponsor her?

Thanks

Only issue you have is does this income meet or exceed the Poverty Guidelines... after that no issues.

Provide the I-134 and supporting documents and all is done.
