Hi everyone..i'm just a new member here and i dont know how where i start

Anyway im so stress about my problem to police clearance certificate.

I'm working here in kuwait 4 years now and i plan to go in philippines end of july

But im worry about the police certificate, my fiance and i we tried to email the us embassy kuwait how i get the

Police certificate form?or is it okay i don't get the police clearnce certificate in us embassy kuwait?

Just only in us embassy manila? I heard that a police certificate is one of the major requirements because

I stay here in kuwait.

Please help me or give me advice how i get the letter request to us embassy kuwait

Hi girl! It's not the US Embassy that gives the POlice Certificate, you can obtain the police certificate from Kuwait Police Headquarters then that certificate you need to bring with other requirements to the embassy during ur interview...

Hi.. I got already the police clearance.it has a two kind of police clearance certificate. One is from philippine embassy kuwait form and the second is us embassy kuwait then I bring to police headquaters with other requirements with my fingerprints and 3months only of validation the one i get it from philippine embassy but someone told me the important is from us embassy form of clearance

When i checked on other site it say i obtain the clearance from us embassy that is a request letter form and picture and copy of passport and civil id same requierements i did to philippne embassy form. My question is how i get the form which is a request letter form to us embassy kuwait?

If you'll have your interview at USEM then the Police Clearance you've got while you are in the country of Kuwait should be good to bring. You don't need Police Clearance from the Philippines but you'll need NBI instead.

You are in a Catch-22. (may have to look that up if you don't know what it is)

Kuwait won't give the police clearance for the US embassy without a letter from the embassy requesting it. The embassy won't give you a letter there in Kuwait as you are not doing your visa there (I am gathering you are going back to the Phils for this) so no police clearance. Is that about it?

The US embassy in Manila knows that Kuwait will not issue a police clearance through its consulate there in Manila, they only issue the police clearance in person. BUT you can't get the letter from the US embassy in Kuwait... yikes!

That is a catch-22.

Now IF you are doing your visa process in Manila, relax, the US embassy knows you can't get a police clearance from Kuwait so they don't expect you to have it, all will be fine.

Gotta love the ways of government!

Yea i had the same experience with my fiance. She lived in Saudi and she had a hard time getting a police clearance by time she moved back to Philippines she was not able to get a police clearance. I emailed the US embassy in Philippines and they said since she cant obtain a police clearance from Saudi Arabia while in Philippines, she did not need to get a police clearance.
