Question on AOS fee

This may sound like a dumb question but when paying the fee for the AOS packet, is it $230 per case? or since i have a joint sponsor do they have to pay $230 as well? It says per person im assuming it per person being sponsored? I Didn't really stop to think about that earlier when i was reading guidlines. Thank you in advance

Im sorry i meant the IV Packet, it says per person, what EXACTLY does that mean? Im petitioning my wife and i have a joint sponsor. ANy help would be appreciated, Thank you again in advanced

Hi RickandChez, am I correct in assuming that you are just petitioning for your wife? If this is the case, you only need to pay $230 x 1. If you were petitioning for people in addition to your wife, then you would need to pay $230 for each person you petitioned for. Your joint sponsor does not need to pay $230 as well, only you would need to pay the IV fee for your wife. Hope this helps.

Hi RickandChez, am I correct in assuming that you are just petitioning for your wife? If this is the case, you only need to pay $230 x 1. If you were petitioning for people in addition to your wife, then you would need to pay $230 for each person you petitioned for. Your joint sponsor does not need to pay $230 as well, only you would need to pay the IV fee for your wife. Hope this helps.
