hi im just new here, i have a problem that really needs help, i got the letter from USEM saying im elegible for interview. now my problem is about tax returns, my fiance dont file tax returns for he's a tax exempt he's not working and his only income is from his retirement and his investment which i think will meet the poverty guidelines. I just dont know what to tell during my interview cause i dont have tax returns to show them are going to deny me or what?. I need help. ASAP. thanks

He will need to send you copies of the 1099 from SS and any other source of monthly income, along with bank statements showing the monthly deposits. Have him download IRS publication 915, complete the worksheet then send that along with a letter explaining that his income is not taxable.

(I didn't have tax returns)
