oh ok thank you for you i think this is help for me so maybe me and my husband we expecting soon we will received RFE coz my marriage certificate i sent is not from NSO

You're welcome!

No, you should not be receiving an RFE because of the marriage certificate. The one you sent is actually the original. The ones issued by NSO are scanned certified copies of the ones with the red documentary stamp.

Good luck with your journey!

NSO issued documents printed on NSO security paper (birth certificate, marriage certificate, death certificate) are the OFFICIAL documents needed for the NVC and US Embassy stage and even when you're already in the USA, the NSO docs are what you need.

During the USCIS stage (at the initial stage of the petition), they will accept the certified true copy (the one from the Local Civil Registry) of your MC but on the NVC stage you will be asked to submit the NSO issued MC. Don't send scanned or photocopy of your NSO MC, send the actual NSO MC because they want it as it is printed on security paper.

So if you will get NSO issued documents, make sure you get 2-3 copies so will have extra/back-up copies.
