Am celebrating becuase exactly 6months today since on AP and we are communicating via skpe and phone in evry 6hrs since we get in to this long so called AP and we are still hoping to be together as husband and wife, but this is coming frustrated trying to figure out what realy steps shall we take from here about our case to get out of this AP? I'm so sorry to hear, I know exactly how you feel. This is a very hard journey and being in AP makes it even harder. Stay strong and good luck.

K1 - Filed March 2011

- Denied March 13, 2012

- Placed in AP March 14,2012

- Sent back to USCIS November 2012

- Expired March 2013

WASTED A YEAR FIGHTING THE DENIEL

MARRIED MARCH 15, 2013

1-130 Approved 3/3/2014 :-)

Finally made it home 3/18/2014

Patience, all you have to do is be patient. Once you are in AP you never know when you will be out of it. I hope that you will soon be able to be with your loved one. All the best to you.
