I sent and used the template from VJ. I sent it on May 14th and my husband got this email today.

Dear Sir/Madam:

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the immigrant visa petition: KNG2013 filed by ME on behalf of HUSBAND .

We received the principal applicant's DS-3032 (Choice of Address and Agent) form designating an address and agent. Instructions for paying the immigrant visa application processing fee and all future correspondence will be sent to the agent at the address selected on the DS-3032.

IMPORTANT:

Did you have a question? It just means they accepted your DS-3032 so expect to be invoiced for the IV Bill at time.

Of course always call NVC and verify.
