Has anyone submitted their packet 3 without having the Thai police certificate with it and had an interviewed scheduled, and then just brought the certificate to the interview? My fiancee just submitted her paperwork for the police certificate, but the lead time on that is about 3 weeks. We'd like to be able to submit packet 3 asap as we have everything else but the police certificate.

I've read posts previously where people did what I mentioned above. Any thoughts? I mean worse case the embassy does not fully process the packet 3 until we send in the police certificate later, which would have been the same time frame had we waited for the certificate initially, right? Or will the embassy reject and not process the rest of the packet 3 items we send them if it is missing the certificate.
