Hey all,

I'm sending in our I-130 package today, and just need to finish up the last few things. On the money order check I'm sending in,

who do I make it out to, and for their address?

Sorry if it sounds very simple, it's just the last thing I need to get done.

Thanks all.

J&T

Also, just because I'm slightly a nervous wreck about all this, I have a few other questions.

-Is it a problem if the dates are different on the forms (G-325, I-130, etc.)?

-On the I-130, I signed as the petitioner, but I accidentally also filled out the section F. as well (Signature of person preparing this form if other than the petitioner). If I just sign it again, is it cause for a problem/confusion and worth redoing the I-130, or is it alright?

Thanks again,

J&T

I know I've had a lot of views on this, so if ANYONE can really provide some sort of information, that'd be awesome.

I've looked at the instructions on the I-130 filing, and it says nothing besides making the check out to the US Department of Homeland Security. I still need an address, as my money order check asks for one.

Anything at all?

Use the address of the lockbox you are submitting your package to.

If it were me, I would redo the form 130, so that there are no known mistakes. Dot all of the I's and cross all of the T's. May be ok without redoing, but why take a chance? The lockbox should be good for your address on the money order. As long as they are recent dates on the forms, and not in the future, you should be ok.

Good luck!
