Im the petitioner, a recent graduate last March 2012 in the Philippines, started working thru an agency here in the USA on Nov2012 w/ salary of $26000/year. After 5 months I got hired full time with the same company I've been working with thru the agency. My salary increased and became $32,240/year. Were in a total of 4 in a household. I believe its above 125% poverty level.
Is it enough if I just present an Employment Letter from my company with recent paystubs supporting the I-134? I only have 1 W-2 (Nov-Dec2012).
Or do I need co-sponsor (does Manila allow co-sponsors)? If so, what form do we need to present?

thanks.

The embassy asks for your most recent tax return (and supporting documents), its required. But I believe your current pay stubs and a letter from your employer should be adequate for showing your increased yearly income now.

I believe your income exceeds the 125% requirement for 4, here is the link; http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-864p.pdf

another thing, sorry for the dumb question, I just said on my first post that were in a household of 4. I counted myself + fiancee + stepdaughter + our daughter (no legal custody). Is it right?
