Is it ok to have only one ITR(the current one, 2012) for a joint-sponsor?

Everything was ready to send and our new Joint Sponsor met the required income but she can only send one ITR and that's the current one, year 2012. Is it ok to send only the current ITR without the two previous ITR for 2010 and 2011? Thank you. :D

Can I ask if it's ok to have the ITR scanned? Also the W2 forms, paystubs, birth certificate? Can a joint sponosr with 131k annual income with 4 household members be qualified to co-sponsor two persons?

We also had a second sponsor, no child only 2 members with 76k annual income.

Is the the two of them enough cause the first sponsor was rejected because he didn't meet the quota. Now they are asking for a new one, and for us to be really sure two of my mom's friend helped us. Thank you.
