What happens if you never receive a hard copy of your NOA2? Your journey ends?

We received ours 10 days after the approval of our NOA2. You will get it, don't worry.

oh that. Well in that case it is important to note that you were waiting for the NOA2 bc you changed your address bc we can easily say you don't need the hard copy at all tongue.png Embassy doesn't need a copy of NOA2 smile.png

Sorry to burst the happy bubble but NOA2 hardcopy is needed for Adjustment of Status.

If USCIS records show that a notice of approval ( NOA2) was sent to your address, you must file a Form I-824 (Application for Action on an Approved Application or Petition) with the filing fee in order to obtain a duplicate approval notice ( NOA2 ).

Well at least you guys get your approval for your petition. I still have a few more months to wait. This whole thing is actually stressing me out with him taking the nursung exam. I hope that your fiancee and my fisnce pass it. Btw is she taking the exam in Manila or in a different province? My fiance will take his exam in Manila. Good luck to both our loved ones :)

Depends on the state you live in. In Phil it's just the licensure exam. Some states require to be licensed from your home country. Others don't and depending on the state it can be one or the other.

I just received notification that my mail was undelivered. Well, its good to know that I am able to request it a second time. And NVC has not received my case yet...so I should have plenty of time to coincide with her exams!!!
