I have a question reagrding the AOS. My fiance and I will need a co-sponsor, I have 2 children that I am supporting besides myself which makes that a total of 3 alone in my household. Now my sponsor only has one {themself}, in their own.

1a. Do my co-sponsor need to meet income reqs for all 3 in my household, my fiance, and themself or just for me, my fiance and themself?

1b. So either 5 people in the first case or 3 people in the second?

Ok what is the likely hood of a K-1 petition getting approved {and yes I have read up on 1 case that was denied and they had 2 co-sponsors}, if the US petitioner is on welfare, SSI, or disability but has a co-sponsor.

1. Does anyone know of a positive approval?

2. Should they accept defeat or submit the petition anyway and take their chances?
