SCOPSSCATA is the service higher than others Service Center. I emailed them twice, never got response from them. Instead, they forwarded the emails to Service Center where processing your case (NSC for me) with the note : "For resolution and respone, thanks". NSC responsed to me with the resolution is the same as I emailed to NSC. As you can see below.

Sorry for the late reply- yes they are who anly 8872 say they are.. We e-mailed them once, didn't get a response, e-mailed them again in 24 hours, they told us it was "impossible to hear an answer".. few days later we e-mailed them again stating our case number, over 60 days thing, etc, etc and how we haven't heard an answer.. few hours after that we received an answer that our "case was sent to an officer that morning".. and hour later we heard from TSC and it was approved..

so keep bugging them :).

hey ,

my wife called the uscis and they told her they gonna schedule her for an interview next month ,

so please tell me what they gonna ask her , ???? and what kind of question ? and how long gonna take from the interview to get the approval for I130 ???

It depends on each case so who knows what are they asking for. I knew some cases got approved on the same day if petitioner explained clear enough what they want to know.

Good luck!

I got this reply today

The status of this service request is:

On 03/10//2014, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your I130 to notify us that you believe your case is outside of normal processing time. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.

We have found that your case meets the requirements for expedited processing.

You should receive a decision or notice of further action on your I130 within 45 days of the date of this letter.

I wonder if I will acts receive a decision in 45 days.

This is certainly a great news. You should be receiving a decision in the next 10 days. They give you 45 days time frame but usually approval comes in way sooner than that provided there are no pending background checks. It seems like you don't have a pending background check so expect an approval very soon. :)
