Hi everyone I was just wondering I have applied for the form but an emergency has come up where my wife's dad has had Sergery done and wants to go see him how he is, went to info pass and they said that they can't issue an emergency ap because the situation is not so serious he needs to be on a death bed in order to get the document but I have explained that nothing is surfacing because there was in infection and my wife is goin crazy wanting to go see him if she leaves the country can I mail the ap document to her in order for her to come back to the US without a problem?

No you can't. If she leaves the US right now without an AP or green card in hand, her AOS application will be considered abandoned. She will have to apply for a spousal visa in order to come back to the US.
