I am trying to change my address online on the USCIS website...

State of Entry is required if you selected form OS155A

I put other right? the only other option giving me is California

And I don't have a middle name but it would let me proceed if I don't fill this blank in... What should I put?

Thank you VJS

Do I do both?

Have any pending OR recently approved applications or petitions (except for VAWA, T or U visa); you need to complete two steps

AND

  • Step 2: Change your address on any pending or recently approved applications or petitions (online OR by phone at 1-800-375-5283)

You're a GC holder? Go online uscis.gov and fill out AR11.

Make sure your husband as sponsor fills out and mails in I-865 - you can find the form on uscis.gov. He will get a paper receipt for change of address, you won't get any mailed confirmation for AR11.
