HI Everyone, i'm filing my i751 to remove condition and have couple of questions. I did look on multiple forums but haven't been able to get a decent answer. So decided to post and see what i get.

Background: got court married in Feb 2011, got my conditional GC in Aug 2011, Had our traditional wedding in Dec 2011.

So here are my questions:

1. Since our traditional wedding was after the court marriage, will that create any issues? We got court married early so we could live together. As evidence, we're submitting various photos from our wedding with guests. But just wanted to know what others have experienced in this situation. e.g., do we need to explicitly state in a memo or anything that the reason why we got court married early was so we could live together?

2. For evidence of relationship- we're planning on providing all documentation from the time i received my conditional GC (Aug 2011) till present. Is that fine or should we also submit all evidence submitted with my initial application (so provide evidence from 2010, early 2011)?

3. For photo evidence, i've copied photos into a word document and included captions. My question is- how detailed should my captions be? for example, all i'm including is notes like "attending a friend's wedding; May 2012; Austin, TX". Is that sufficient or do i need to put in the exact day, name of the friend, etc?

4. When filling out the i751- Part 3 (Information about petitioning spouse): where it asks to enter spouse's name- should i enter her current name (i.e, with my surname) or her maiden name? I'm assuming her current name, but i've read conflicting information online.

5. Finally, when filing, do i need submit copies of my wife's citizen certiface? or copies of our marriage certificate/license? Again, i've read conflicting information online.

Well, that's all for now. Any help is appreciated.

Thank you!

Here is the step by step guide for ROC. Follow it. Include what it says. http://www.visajourney.com/content/751guide

You can also check the instructions for 751 on the USCIS website.

*Disregard other websites or ####### you have read/been told and follow guides and instructions on VJ*

When you write your wife's name you write her name that she uses. Not her previous name, unless it specifically asks for her maiden name or name before marriage.
