Do I have to register a foreign address change for the beneficiary?

A question that I don't seem to be able to find info for on the USCIS site:

I'm the petitioner, and my husband is in Germany until the approvals come through. He just had to move for work, and I was assuming that I needed to change his address on file with USCIS. But I was about to fill out the AR-11, and it assumes that you are changing an address within the US.

If we're talking about a foreign address do I need to tell USCIS anything at this point? Our application is only 2 weeks old (we're only in the NOA1 stage), so I don't think he's going to get notified of anything directly, but I want to make sure all our info is current.

Anyone know about this?

05 Oct 2012 - SO's J-1 visa expires, returns to Germany

21 Dec 2012 - Engaged in Germany
21 Mar 2013 - Married in US
26 Mar 2013 - Husband returns to Germany (again)

12 Apr 2013 - I-130 sent to Chicago Lockbox

19 Apr 2013 - NOA1 received (notice date 4/16/2013)

16 Dec 2013 - Hard copy NOA2 received
22 Jan 2014 - Received Case # and IIN from NVC - we're in the system!

21 Mar 2014 - CASE COMPLETE!! (received info by calling NVC on 24 March)

06 May 2014 - interview date

16 May 2014 - POE

ROUND 2: I-751 process - just getting started!

18 Apr 2016 - I-751 packet sent to California Service Center

28 Apr 2016 - money order cashed

02 May 2016 - NOA1 received - phew!

16 May 2016 - biometrics appt

You don't not need to inform USCIS of a change of address of the beneficiary at this juncture. His updated address will be written on the DS-230 that is sent to the NVC.

September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 17, 2013: Mailed I-751 to CSC

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

July 23, 2025:  Filed N-400 online
