So my husband is trying to remove the conditions on his perment residency and we have filled out the form and sent in some evidence. Since the day my husband arrived on his k1 visa, we have lived with my parents the whole time. USCIS wants more evidence from us such as proof of residency (as in mortage or lease contracts) but obviously we dont have either since we are staying with my family rent free until our economic situation improved. We will be moving out to an apartment in a few months but how do I prove where we have been living for these past 3 years? Please help! I already sent bills that show each of our names with the same address.

Have your parents or whomever owns the house you and your husband live in write a letter stating what you just said above, get it notarized and signed and send that in. Should help. Speaking from experience because I went through the same K-1 process recently and have the same living situation as yours.
