You can do that but what your fiancee really needs from you is the new letter of intent to marry signed and dated and your I-134 Affidavit of suuport and originals (receipts, boarding passes, etc.) of your proof of meeting in person. If you want to send other proofs of ongiong relationship and a copy of the NOA2 you can include it.

No need for the whole packet like for example your proof of ongoing relationship. You can like send it to her via mail if you have skype logs or YM logs and she can print it here. Even pictures can be printed here since there are Kodak stations here in PI also.
