Did CSC Stopped Processing I-130 for USC's Spouse?

Hi All

I am currently LPR but I am in the process of becoming USC soon( waiting for oath Ceremony letter). I had filed I-130 for my wife on February 2012 and case is currently pending on CSC. Just for curiosity, I checked the current processing time of CSC for I-130 petition of Spouse of USC (https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do)

I became unable to find the I-130 processing time for the spouse of USC. So did CSC stop processing I-130 petition for the spouse of USC or they are just not publishing the processing time in their website just in order to stop thousands of inquiries but silently and slowly processing the paper?

So what happens when I call USCIS to upgrade my wife's I-130 petition ? Any idea, how long do I have to wait for NOA2 since there is no any processing time-frame in CSC website?

Any thoughts or comments regarding this will be highly appreciated.

Wife's CR1 Visa Journey:

Feb 17, 2012: Mailed I-130 Petition.

Feb 20, 2012: Received NOA 1 ( Priority Date Feb 18, 2012).

July 12, 2013: Requested USCIS to Upgrade petition from F2A to CR1.

July 27, 2013: USCIS sent confirmation email regarding upgrade.

August 02, 2013: NOA 2 Received.

August 12, 2013: NVC Received the Petition

August 29, 2013: NVC Assigned the Case Number

September 4, 2013: AOS Bill Invoiced.

September 4, 2013: Filed DS-261 online.

September 4, 2013: Paid AOS bill online.

September 6, 2013: NVC Accepted AOS bill payment.

September 6, 2013: Mailed I-864Ez to NVC

September 11, 2013: NVC Entered AOS Documents into their system for Review ( NVC Says it may take 30 business days to review)

September 16, 2013: IV Bill Invoiced.

September 16, 2013: IV Bill Paid.

September 17, 2013: NVC Accepted IV Bill Payment.

September 19, 2013: Filed DS-260 Online

September 20, 2013: Mailed Civil Documents for IV application

September 23 ,2013 : NVC Entered Civil Documents into their system for Review ( NVC Says it may take 30 business days to review)

October 1, 2013 : NVC Accepted AOS. smile.png

October 17, 2013: Case Complete smile.png

December 26, 2013: Visa Received

since august almost all 130's have been routed to local offices for approvals

your approval will depend on the local office's workload

the chart does not present itself in the same format as the csc list you are looking for.. choose your local office with the drop down menu.

you will NOT get notified that it is at a local office, the only way to find out is to call

approvals at the local level range from two months to who knows how long

All the stand-alone I-130 are currently being routed to the National Benefit Center. The NBC will them send the file to your local USCIS office. This has been the case since August 2012. Just be patient and you will hear either from your local USCIS office or directly from the NBC.

- 03/21/12: I-130 Sent via FedExpress
- 03/30/12: NOA1 Recv'd via mail
- 11/21/12: APPROVED (NOA2 mailed)
- 11/27/12: NOA2 Recv'd.

NVC (Mother)
- 11/27/12: NVC Recv'd file
- 11/29/12: NVC Case no. & IIN assigned.
- 11/30/12: AOS Bill PAID/DS 3032 emailed
- 12/04/12: AOS Package sent

Just a week or two ago, there was a wave of approvals. It's true that the USCIS has quite slow down the approvals. Hope you hear something soon from either your local USCIS office or directly from the NBC.
