My future wife will fill a I864 for me, but we have a doubt. She already did this process for her first husband back in 1999, was this form needed back then?

Because the form asks you if u filed a I864 for another immigrant before, and we dont know what to say, she doenst remember if she did, and also, ive been reading that if he became an US citizen she is not responsible anymore, so should she still count him as part of the household?

its very confusing

Thanks in Advance,

Javi.

If the ex-husband is now a US citizen, he no longer counts as a member of her household.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

she knows nothing about him anymore, she is not sure if he became a citizen or not or if he worked 40 quarter under the Social Security scheme or even if he still lives here :S

we dont know what to put...

Anyway, her income is fine, even if she is still "reponsible" for him, she can sponsor me, but we dont know what to enter in the form...

I would list him then, just to be on the safe side, and mention in a cover letter that you think he is a USC now but not sure as no contact.
