3 Approvals with the same NOA1 date as ours today!

So, I was looking at the list of approvals from the California Service Center today and 3 of them had the same NOA1 date as ours Sept 10th, as well as many after as usual. This makes me really nervous that something could have gone wrong with ours. Would the Service Center not have received forwarded petitions from the Dallas Lockbox in a single pile if they were sent the same day? If so then where did our petition end up?

Really confused and frustrated by the California Service Center as I'm sure many people are.

My fiancée contacted her local senator on Sunday, so hopefully we'll find out what is going on soon and get ours expedited if it doesn't come through soon.

Same here. We got our NOA1 on september 11, 2012. Maybe the doing it randomly. Just be patience and keep on praying for the best. Our time will come

Nah, just remember there is more than one adjudicator working.. So even without the whole CSC month stuff around, petitions are rarely done day by day in exact order, because individual adjudicator's work at different rates! I would say that yours is coming real soon. I had the same thing happen to me, and 2 days later we had an RFE come in.. Annoying, but I'm so glad our case has finally been opened at least!
