Is it normal?

Dear fellow VJers,

Here's the thing. On April 17th, 2013 I have received a notification that my case if having an RFE. I am still happy about it because at least they pay attention to it. I have been waiting for almost 9 months.

But today, I received another email telling me that USCIS has sent me another RFE as an addition to the first one.

I have not even received the first one and they sent me another.

I wonder if this is normal? Should I be worried about it?

Call the USCIS and ask them what the RFE is about...and whether or not you have 2 separate RFE's you need to address, or just one.

Just send whatever the rfe is about asap and you'll be ok ...read what is needed don't just rely on what you are told on the phone.

I keep reading others got 2 notices, one for the decision and one when the hard copy is mailed.
