Hi

What convictions is IMBRA specificaly wanting. I did not check any, because I have a conviction, but it was not listed. Is it more broad then what is mentioned on the form?

Green Card Arrived: August 10, 2009

I-751: Lifting of Conditions

August of 2011

May 26, 2011 Mailed 1-751 to VSC

May 31, 2011 NOA1

The form covers the scope of the crimes it is looking for. It mostly relates to crimes against people versus crimes against property (like theft) or substance abuse acts that I suppose can lead to crimes against people.
