I know this has been asked a million times, but man this is confusing the hell out of me. I need to be 100% percent sure about this. What is the poverty level requirment for the K-1 visa interview ? ( not the AOS)

I seen in another post somewhere it is 100%, not 125% as with the AOS interview. Any help i can get to clear this up is greatly appreciated.

karvee,

Sorry to say, you are not going to be 100% certain until the consular officer processing the visa application gives you his decision on the issue.

See my post in ajames' current thread on Poverty Level.
