Online case status changed to 'Issued'!!! Thanks everyone...

Told ya. Congrats. :dance:

Now prepare to pay the new Immigrant fee of $165 (to be paid online by the petitioner BEFORE you fly to the US). Instructions are included in the visa packet.

The petitioner will be the one who will pay the $165 immigrant visa fee in the US?Thanks for this info,I thought I'm going to pay the said amount here in the Philippines?
