Dear Friends ,

i have been waiting on a decision on my I601 for a long time : since Dec 03 2012 USCIS Nebraska office changed my status to RFE response review , it has been exactly now 131 days and we are still waiting for a decision , the lawyer keep saying just wait while he did a couple of service request and still nothing ...any body out there in the same boat ...any body out there have any ideas .....any ideas please.

Was this ever resolved? Did you get your visa? We've been waiting for 130 days for ours.
