i was under the understanding that they still stamp those in new york. then i was just told no they dont do that any more... has anyone heard anything about this.... thanks for your help...

i need to update my timeline, but my baby will be here monday night... can't wait....

AOS

02/06/2007 - sent AOS and EAD to Chicago

02/14/2007 - fees came through the bank, it's rolling!!

02/20/2007 - letter for Biometrics appointment on 03/01/2007

03/01/2007 - Biometrics appointment was painless

03/10/2007 - NOA1 AOS was transferred to CSC!!!!

03/28/2007 - touched AOS

03/29/2007 - touched AOS

04/06/2007 - welcoming letter (by email)

04/11/2007 - AOS approval (by email)

04/12/2007 - 2yr. green card in hand...omg!!

06/29/2007 - bought our new house

that is what i thought... i am thinking that who i heard it from was married and was traveling on a spouse visa he said that they didnt stamp his, or something and/or they no longer do it... i thought i would ask and see if anyone else has heard anything.. i hope they still do stamp it... thank you for your reply. god bless and best wishes

ahhhh if your friend came on the K3 visa then no, they will not get the stamp as K3 is not allowed to work without EAD and does not qualify for the 90day EAD.

I came through on 26th October and got it :)

AOS/EAD

11/15/2006 NOA1 for EAD and AOS

12/1/2006 Received RFE Grrrrrrrrr

12/2/2006 Biometrics

12/8/2006 Sent back RFE

1/26/2007 EAD Card Production Ordered

1/31/2007 EAD Card received

3/6/2007 INTERVIEW - FBI namecheck

3/26/2007 NOA1 for AP

4/30/2007 AOS APPROVED

5/7/2007 Green Card Arrived!

2/12/09 Mailed Removal of Conditions

3/10/09 Bio Appt
