co-sponsor for i129f

Hello everyone. This is my first post, so sorry if I am posting it on the wrong spot. Just had couple questions about my i129f.

1. At the time of application I was unemployed but now I have a job so do I let them know right away?

2. My fiance is from India, can I use co-sponsor? Because I am making under 125% of the poverty level. If so what form do I need to file for co-sponsorship. If it is possible I intend to have my brother as co-sponsor and he too is a US citizen.

Yes, you will need a cosponsor. If you got a job in the meantime, it doesnt matter as long as you make under the required level.

You can have your brother co-sign. Its common, especially for young couples.
