Hey All, so Its been 6 months since I sent off my petition and So i am hoping that it will be close to the time that we will get a response. Already my Fiance took an 8 hour train down to Moscow to get her medical exam.

I am filling out my I-134, but I already know I dont make enough money for the support, but my dad said he will co sign. and he makes more than enough for it. How do we go about co-signing, do we both fill out a form, does he only fill out a form? thanks for taking the time to help!

if you're getting a co-sponsor, then he'll need to fill out the same form as you, the main sponsor. Meaning, one I134 for you and a separate one for the co-sponsor. In addition, he'll need to provide the same financial support as you(tax returns, pay stubs, etc) and also he'll need to prove his citizenship(BC or passport or certificate of naturalization)
