I called NVC today to find out if they have completed my case but they told me they cant find my immigrant visa application. the funny thing is that i have my delivery confirmation showing that my IV was delivered. this situation is becoming weird. am loosing my mind., what do i do next?

It usually takes 7 to 14 days for the IV Bill. All you can do is keep asking. If they say they don't have they havene't started looking/ Did you already get AOS accepted.?

Case Complete to Interview spreadsheet

2/27/2020: Combo Interview (ROC and Citizenship)
3/31/2020: submitted service request for being pass normal processing time
4/7/2020: Card being produced
4/8/2020: Approved
4/10/2020: Card mailed
4/15/2020: 10 year green card received
 
 
N-400
5/21/2019: Filed Online
5/21/2019: NOA1 Date
6/13/2019: Biometrics Appt
2/27/2020: Citizenship Interview
4/7/2020: In queue for Oath Ceremony to be scheduled
6/19/2020: Notice Oath Ceremony scheduled

The didn't say anything concerning the AOS which i believe has gotten to them...but i was surprised to have a check list asking for my IV which i have paid and been sent out. Am just getting nervous.

How long ago did you send to them? If you sent it why be nervous you have to give them time to process alot goes into it. It is a immigration application dear. Just be patient. Call probably friday to see if both have been accepted. Cuz the case complete email comes a week after case complete
