good day to all vj memeber. i just have some concern about our petition,.im just a little bit worried. here it goes. there is one person who blackmail on us just to get money. shes making some crazy stories so that me and my fiance will broke up. she said some lies story. one thing that i got so mad cos she said she can do something so that i will not be approve in the embassy, she said that she will call the embassy and tel that shes the girlfriend of my fiancee and shes pregnat.of course its not true shes just blackmailing us just to get money.. is this possible that she can do that? even if its not true then she said like that does it affect to my petition? my fiancee said nothing to worry cos she just crazy women that making stories. of course she cant do anything. but i just want to know your advice or does anyone here experience the same this as ours? anyway im a k1 filer and waiting now for my noa2.

She can call the embassy, but unless there are a lot of red flags in your case and/ or she has proof (photos of them together etc), it won't count for much.

she dont have photos cos my fiancee not saw that women in person. she really dont know on us. she just know our name because of facebook..she said she will tel that there together on the month of,,,, but that month me and fiancee are together. we have our itinerary that were together.

Isn't blackmail illegal? Document the evidence of it and turn her in. At the least you could file a complaint for harassment I would think.
