no vaccine records for k1 fiance here in usa

no vaccine records for fiance after she arrived on k1 visa. since they were not required for k1 she was approved in juarez.

now we have to file for adjustment of status. will they give her vaccines here in usa???

has anyone adjusted for status and did not have vaccine records when they came to usa?

You have to go to the civil surgeon and have the vaccinations done. USCIS has a civil surgeon locator that tells you all the people in your area that you can use.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
