I am currently filling out ROC application - from K1. In children question: do you list only joint children or any children? We don't have joint children but I do have a child from my previous marriage that lives with us 50% of the time. Should I list her or this question is only for joint children?

This question is only for children that were with the foreign spouse before entering the USA and were not eligible to claim US citizenship.

The question is only for children that will be requesting removal of conditions if they meet the qualifications of having entered or followed the foreign spouse in within a certain time frame and/or filed AOS within a certain time frame of the foreign spouse's AOS application.

The instructions that come with the I-751 are very explicit about the conditions and time frames. Please read the instructions.

Good Luck.
