HELLO, I came to the states with a b-2 ,6 month tourist visa in May 28 2012.

I got married to my husband, a us citizen on November 19 2012.

My status expired on 28 November.

Now I am about to send the forms but I am confused...

We sent 2 G-325 1 for my husband and 1 for me with the I-130 that my husband filled.

question;

Should I send another one G-325 with the I-485 that I am filling????????

please HELP!!

Thank you in advance

Yes. Also include a copy of the NOA / receipt notice (form I-797) that you received from the I-130 application, so that they can be processed concurrently (unless the I-130 has already been approved, in which case you should include a copy of the approval notice)

Spouse-based AOS from out-of-status H-1B, May - Aug 2012

Removal of conditions, Aug - Nov 2014
